Who are we?

You’ve probably heard about us from that furious bus enthusiast friend of yours, or the Google Search Engine may have popped an article from us in your search results.

To the normal transit passenger, the SGTransportCritic (STC) is some random run-of-the-mil blog site run by edgy kids at first glance. To the more transit/urbanist types, we may be seen as the Jarrett Walker of Singapore, the Transit Malaysia of Singapore. And maybe seen as anti-dominant party to those that intend to drag politics?

But one thing’s for sure, we are the blog that will always put people’s interest first. Not a transport enthusiast’s, not the Land Transport Authority’s or any relevant government agency’s interest. We are the forefront of the few individuals willing to stand-up for better transit on the tiny red-dot.

Lead Author

Avid transportation fan and semi-gamer. Also one of those people who isn’t on his phone all the time on the bus.

A Meow Cat

A Meow Cat (AMC) has been observing Singapore transportation since 2016, founded SG Transport Critic in July 2020, and is currently the blog’s lead author. A comprehensive and connected Singapore with transportation that can be counted on for any type of trip, that’s what he hopes to see fulfilled one day.
